Tiberias, Israel (CNN) -- Americans reunited with their households Tuesday in northern Israel, an afternoon after kidnappers freed them unhurt after three days of captivity in Egypt.

"We positioned our religion on God, and he do not allow us to down," Michel Louis, probably the most Americans, mentioned from the town of Tiberias.

Kidnappers in Egypt launched Louis, Lisa Alphonse and their excursion information Monday after conserving them hostage due to the fact Friday.

Louis recalled the instant the abductors got here aboard their excursion bus. He presented himself as a hostage while gunmen took Alphonse, he said.

Louis is the pastor of a Pentecostal church in Boston and Alphonse is a parishioner at any other American church.

"She's a member of my crew. So I mentioned I WILL NOT)( depart her to head alone, as a result of I DO NOT recognize what can occur to her, and that i choose to go along with her," he said.

Louis, a diabetic, was given pita bread, eggs, tea and water by his kidnappers, he said, and was moved each and every evening to sleep in a unique location.

Alphonse was the one feminine within the crew. She mentioned she feared for her life, however had religion that God wouldn't permit her die.

"Where we were, we did not realize if we (have been) coming back," she said.

Kidnappers seized the 3 Friday in Egypt's Sinai area after gunmen boarded the bus, which was on its option to Israel, members of the family said.

Michel Louis' spouse was at the bus whilst the abduction occurred.

The circle of relatives was now not conscious about safety considerations within the Sinai region, the place American citizens were abducted and rapidly launched in incidents on the grounds that February, mentioned Louis' son, Jean Louis.
